Bart Verlinden

Bart, a native of Belgium, established himself in Spain at a young age as a real estate sales representative.

Over the years, Bart has been working with several well known real estate companies and has represented many foreign clients with their investments in Spain. 

He also developed special skills in marketing and presentation of real estate developments.

He became involved with major real estate projects and during those activities, he frequently traveled throughout Europe – thereafter becoming an independent real estate and business broker.

With his broad knowledge and experience of Spanish real estate, Bart has excellent communication and negotiation skills to provide his clients with a professional, dedicated and flawless experience. 

Bart also has valuable connections with investor groups in Northern European countries, Russia and Brazil. He speaks Spanish, English, German, Dutch and French fluently!
