Each property management package is tailored to each homeowners’ need. Either way, here’s what each package offers:
Weekly property visits
Are carried out and your property is checked thoroughly, to make sure everything is in order and that no problems have occurred.
Additional checks will be made to the property after severe weather.
Both weekly visits and additional checks are included in all contracts.
Key holding
Do you know the neighbours well enough to leave keys with them? Or do you want to burden a friend with the responsibility of holding a set of keys for you? No. Then this is the solution.
Key holding is 15 euros / month – included in all contracts
Alarm & general security check
We’ll keep an eye on your security system and have it serviced when due and will liase with the security company on your behalf.

Property airing & ventilation
When visiting property during weekly visits, we’ll air and ventilate your home if needed during the time of the visit.

Service checks
Electric, gas, water, internet, satellite tv and lightbulbs will be checked on a regular basis.
To ensure that you or your renters have everything in good working order and so that your home looks and feels its best.

Post collection
If you’re not here and you receive post, we’ll collect it from your post box for you. It will be ready for your collection on your next arrival.

Pre-visit email & call to renters
If you are planning on renting your property, we’ve found that prior to our welcome visit; by touching base with renters via email and telephone to let them know we’re going to pop by, it goes a long way – and they love it!

Welcome visits
Property owners and renters look forward to our welcome visits.
Welcome visits take place a few days after arrival, to give you and your guests, not only a friendly face but someone to speak to; should anything not be satisfactory.
Our welcome visits give a lasting impression and makes everyone feel welcome and looked after.

Service meter readings
Frequent meter readings are taken, whether your property is vacant or not, in order to keep control of consumption and we’ll email you the results.

Property management options
Each property in Javea, Benitachell or Jesus Pobre and each proprietor have different needs and that’s why our property management options give you more flexibility when looking for home solutions.
Rental departure checks
Once your guests have left you will be informed of any obvious damage that may have occurred during their stay.
After each rental, when no guests are arriving immediately, the property will be emptied, laundry removed and the property will be prepared for cleaning.
Check in & check out times:
- Check in is to be after 10.00 hrs
- Check out is to be by 10.00 hrs (unless agreed prior or upon special request, if possible)
Please make sure you inform renters of these times!

Trouble-shooting
We are available between 09.30 – 19.00 hrs Monday to Saturday to sort out any problems relating to the property.
For example: If there is a water leak, the oven breaks down or the electric keeps tripping off.
We will organise everything to ensure that the problem is repaired or solved swiftly and with minimal hassle for your guests.

Property change-overs
A reliable team of cleaners; will clean and prepare your property whenever needed.
We supply all general cleaning products but all property owners must ensure they have the following items:
- Broom & dustpan (one for interior and one for exterior use)
- Mop & bucket
- Steam iron & ironing board
- Cot & sets of cot linen
- High chair
- 3 sets of linen & towels for each guest
- Mattress & pillow protectors for each bed and cot
All cleaning options
General cleaning service
Available to all clients whether renting your property out or not. This service is also available to our house sellers.
If you want your property freshened up before your arrival, if you want a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly clean – just let us know and we’ll tailor it to your needs!

Mid-rental clean & laundry change
If guests are staying for longer than a week, it’s a good idea to offer a mid-holiday rental clean and laundry change.
Where bed linen, bath and hand towels are changed and bathrooms cleaned. If a full clean is required, just let us know.

Pre-season clean
Pre-season cleans for your villa, apartment or townhouse are essential!
It’s a total overhaul of your property. Including wall tiles, wardrobes, kitchen cupboards, extractor fans, fireplaces, bbq’s and summer kitchens.
– Not included in our contracts. Charged accordingly.
Laundry service
Linen should be stored in a well vented, dry cupboard or space that is locked.
Each of your guests is supplied with a laundered, made-up bed, a bath and hand towel each.
You will be charged for bed linen and towels according to the amount of guests.
Beach towels can be provided for your guests as an extra.

Welcome packs
Are a really nice touch that get your guest’s holiday off to the best start.
Welcome hampers also increase the chances of a great review online, recommendations and returning guests!

Get peace of mind in knowing your home is safe. Take advantage of our home maintenance services.
Keeping on top of property maintenance not only nurtures your investment and its value, it will sell better to future rentals and feels like home from home when you use it yourself.
By employing professionals will save you valuable holiday time and can be a money-saver in the long run.
Pool cleaning
Includes weekly visits during low season and bi-weekly visits during high season.
Ph tests, chemicals and rebalance, hoovering, wall scrubs, debris removal from surface and skimmers are included.
We will also reset the the pump timer according to each season.

Pre-summer pool service
Swimming pool pumps get massive use, especially during hotter months and if you rent your home out.
After all this use, it will need a service. We will organise a pre-summer complete pool service to make sure everything is working. Hopefully to avoid any breakages during high season.
Filters, sand crystals, rubber seals and leaks will be checked.
Should any technical items need upgrading you will be charged accordingly.

Garden
If you don’t keep on top of your garden, it will run wild and you’ll have to spend your precious holiday time removing weeds.
Get a gardener, you’ll appreciate it and so will your plants.
